Performance Art training : Character development, vocal training, improv /acting, dancing, piano lessons, and more.

Spotlight studio is dedicated to providing performance training to school-age children 5 & up. Students who are enrolled in Spotlight Studio will receive intimate instruction in several avenues of performance art (acting, singing, dancing, piano instruction, stage craft, production, and more). Not only does the studio offer performance art training, but we offer sessions in arts & crafts, homework help, snacks, refreshments, and after-school pick up to select schools.

Ms. May is the owner of Spotlight Studio. She received her BA from Florida A&M University for Theater & English, and decided to put her passion for performing arts to good use, for the youth, through opening the studio.

With almost a decade in childhood experience her goal is to change the game of childhood experiences all together. By being an ally to all parents spotlight provides intimate class sizes, to focus on each students individual strengths and weaknesses, and provides a productive & meaningful childhood experience through art.
